| November |  Friday and Saturday, November 3-4, 2006 YOUTH MINISTRY: WORLD VISION 30 HOUR FAMINE meet in the BYF room at 5:00 p.m.Ending on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. with dinner at Gourmet Pizza Shoppe. The goal is to raise money for and awareness about the needs of those in some of the poorest countries of the world. Help sponsor our students who will be fasting through prayer and by contributing to a fund that BYF will be collecting for World Vision. We hope to raise $100. Participants will need to bring a sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, and a few changes of clothes (work clothes, sleep clothes, etc.). Money for the Famine will be collected after we have finished our 30 hour challenge. Please contact Sabrina Kleinman at the church office for more information. |
