MINISTRY WITH CHILDREN (ages 0 to 5th grade)
The First Baptist Church of Redlands seeks to prepare our children for a life-long journey of following Jesus.
 
SUNDAY MORNING PROGRAMS (September–June)
All classes take place in the Education Building except for Children's Choir
8:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

8:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m.
Bible and Breakfast (ages 4–2nd grade)
A special time for children to learn about the love of Jesus and the importance of expressing his love to others through worship, bible stories, and singing. A light breakfast is served. Children meet during the 8:30 a.m. service and are picked up immediately following the service. Arts & Crafts Room (top floor)

THURSDAY NIGHT PROGRAMS (September–June)
5:45 p.m.–6:30 p.m. Church Dinner
Come and enjoy a "home-cooked" dinner with the church family and then join us for programs for children, youth, and adults! Dinner is served buffet style. The menu varies weekly. Please place a dinner reservation on the INFORMATION CARD in the Sunday bulletin or call the church office. Fellowship Hall (basement)
6:30 p.m.–7:45 p.m. God's Kids (ages 4–2nd grade) and Junior Disciples (3rd–5th grade)
The theme for this year for God’s Kids and Junior Disciples is "Missions - reaching out to others." Our children will learn Spanish and ways in which they can reach out to the local community. They will be together for the Spanish learning session, then divide into their separate groups for additional "mission" work, discussion, and activities. Arts & Crafts Room (top floor of the Education Building)

OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN
Opportunities to participate in worship services through serving in the children’s choirs, as acolytes, and in special times of sharing. Crafts, games, and movies. Please contact Deena Chapman for more information.
